Thank you for taking the time to learn a bit more about us. You have a lot of options out there, and it can be a bit of a process just deciding who to work with.

 

Real estate brokers are all independent contractors, meaning every broker you meet is operating their own business. Because of this, brokers must spend time looking for new business in order to sustain their small business. A good portion of their time is spent on SALES, trying to generate business, rather than on servicing the clients they have.

 

We believe our brokers time is better spent with you. Sarah and I started this firm with the idea that we wanted to have full time brokers completely focused on their clients. We support our brokers behind the scenes with whatever they need, so they can do what they do best. Our brokers are true professionals in every sense of the word. You will be in good hands working with them. We encourage you to challenge any broker you engage with to answer your questions competently and to your satisfaction. We are confident you will find ours to be the best.

I got my Real Estate Broker license in 2010 and immediately started working with distressed homeowners, listing and selling short sales. It is such an amazing and fulfilling feeling being able to help people navigate out of such crippling financial situations.

In January of 2015, I joined on with property management company as a Community Association Manager, managing a large portfolio of condominium and homeowner associations as well as a multi-family property. This diversified my experience and knowledge, specifically in the community management and multi-family property management fields. I continue to manage a 51 unit multi-family building in Rainier Beach.

In 2019 I joined Design Realty. Merging my years of experience with a company who’s values align with my own, has been the experience of a life time. I take pride in my work and am recognized as a true professional in the industry.

I grew up in Woodinville and have enjoyed watching the city grow over the years. My passion for helping people lead me to study biology at WWU. After earning a B.S. in biology, I moved to Southern California where I worked as a lab tech and eventually Lab Coordinator. I decided to move back home to the beautiful PNW to be closer to family. I've always had a deep interest in real estate and interior design so I'm thrilled to have transitioned my skillset from Lab Coordinator to Listing Coordinator. I'll use my strong attention to detail and creativity to coordinate contractors, stage, and market your home. Preparing to sell your home can be daunting. Let me take some of the weight off your shoulders by handling the details. I love connecting with clients and helping them get their homes market ready. I've lived in the NW all my life and have been fortunate enough to witness firsthand the growth and development of this beautiful region. I have nearly a decade of experience in real estate - being a real estate investor since 2012, working with investor clients, along with my role as a traditional real estate broker. I'm able to look at traditional real estate through a little bit of a different lense having been in the trenches as an investor; this wisdom allows me to look out for my clients in diverse ways.

My favorite part about being a real estate broker is helping home buyers and sellers get what they want and to be a part of, what is for many, one of the most important decisions of their life. My clients deserve to know every detail about the process and their investment - good or bad. I work hard to eliminate gray area, negotiate, streamline the process, and make my clients selling or purchasing experience as seamless as possible.

I started my sales career at Cadillac of Bellevue where I was able to sharpen and master the art of negotiation. I quickly realized that while I enjoyed this, I'd rather use my skills to negotiate on behalf of a client versus against them. The saying is that a car is the second biggest financial purchase of a person's life, while a home is the first. Naturally, this led me to real estate. Being in the Seattle region for 20+ years gives me the knowledge to guide my clients to the area's best suited for their needs and help them understand current market trends. Outside of real estate, you can find me on the golf course shanking my tee shot or missing a 3-foot putt. Rest assured, I am a much better real estate broker than I am a golf player! And as every good bio is not complete without: I am a HUGE animal lover. I have a Siberian Husky and Shiba Inu back home. I'd love to adopt more, but those two have enough energy (and shed enough) for 5 dogs!

I was born in Southern California and was able to learn from my father being a real estate investor. I found everything about it fascinating from the numbers to the power of money. In 2018, I graduated from Stanford University with a degree in Neuroscience. I followed that by leading marketing and partnerships with tech giants like Amazon and Facebook to further promote a product that would soon become acquired by Facebook.

While studying at Stanford, I was a TA in Neuroscience and had the opportunity to teach and grade a class of over 100 students. My family came to the PNW from Laos in 1989 and I never left the area. Growing up in Kirkland, Bellevue, and Lynnwood area I had the benefit of seeing our area grow and go through some great transformation over the last few decades. I dedicated my time climbing the corporate ladder the last 16 years. However, in 2021 I started investing aggressively in multi-family long term and short-term rentals and fell in love with the process of buying for myself and helping friends and families navigate the home buying process during one of the most competitive market in recent times. My procurement and contract negotiation background in the corporate setting is a competitive advantage that serve my clients in this environment very well. Moving from Orange County, Ca to the greater Seattle area in 2009, it did not take long for me to fall in love with the PNW. Recognizing at a young age that I was destined to become an entrepreneur; I began to develop online brands and businesses including income producing YouTube channels and a private label Amazon business. These ventures taught me the importance of authenticity, effective marketing and how to set and abide by core values. Combined with my 10 years of experience in the restaurant industry, I have boiled down all the lessons learned into what is now my mantra: Service above all else!
