Because of this, brokers must spend time looking for new business in order to sustain their small business. A good portion of their time is spent on SALES, trying to generate business, rather than on servicing the clients they have.
We believe our brokers time is better spent with you. Sarah and I started this firm with the idea that we wanted to have full time brokers completely focused on their clients. In 2017 my husband and I made the move from Indiana to the PNW having no idea what would come out of it. Fast forward to today, where we have planted roots and are obsessed with the outdoor space and exploring all it has to offer.
If you had asked me 5 years ago where I would see myself, I don't imagine I would have ever said "running a real estate brokerage", none the less said it with a smile. Being in the Director of Operations role, I have the opportunity to work closely with our team and manage its development and growth. I got my Real Estate Broker license in 2010 and immediately started working with distressed homeowners, listing and selling short sales. It is such an amazing and fulfilling feeling being able to help people navigate out of such crippling financial situations.
In January of 2015, I joined on with property management company as a Community Association Manager, managing a large portfolio of condominium and homeowner associations as well as a multi-family property. This diversified my experience and knowledge, specifically in the community management and multi-family property management fields. I continue to manage a 51 unit multi-family building in Rainier Beach.

I grew up in Woodinville and have enjoyed watching the city grow over the years. My passion for helping people lead me to study biology at WWU. After earning a B.S. in biology, I moved to Southern California where I worked as a lab tech and eventually Lab Coordinator. I decided to move back home to the beautiful PNW to be closer to family. I've always had a deep interest in real estate and interior design so I'm thrilled to have transitioned my skillset from Lab Coordinator to Listing Coordinator. I've lived in the NW all my life and have been fortunate enough to witness firsthand the growth and development of this beautiful region. I have nearly a decade of experience in real estate - being a real estate investor since 2012, working with investor clients, along with my role as a traditional real estate broker. I'm able to look at traditional real estate through a little bit of a different lense having been in the trenches as an investor; this wisdom allows me to look out for my clients in diverse ways.

I started my sales career at Cadillac of Bellevue where I was able to sharpen and master the art of negotiation. I quickly realized that while I enjoyed this, I'd rather use my skills to negotiate on behalf of a client versus against them. The saying is that a car is the second biggest financial purchase of a person's life, while a home is the first. Naturally, this led me to real estate. Being in the Seattle region for 20+ years gives me the knowledge to guide my clients to the area's best suited for their needs and help them understand current market trends. Outside of real estate, you can find me on the golf course shanking my tee shot or missing a 3-foot putt. Rest assured, I am a much better real estate broker than I am a golf player! And as every good bio is not complete without: I am a HUGE animal lover. I have a Siberian Husky and Shiba Inu back home. I'd love to adopt more, but those two have enough energy (and shed enough) for 5 dogs!
With a background in home construction, being raised by a home builder, owning a couple of appliances stores and then working in residential remodeling business, I have always had a love of homes. My experience also includes 6 years in the financial industry, so getting my real estate license in 2013 was a very natural and easy transition. I was born in Southern California and was able to learn from my father being a real estate investor. I found everything about it fascinating from the numbers to the power of money. In 2018, I graduated from Stanford University with a degree in Neuroscience. I followed that by leading marketing and partnerships with tech giants like Amazon and Facebook to further promote a product that would soon become acquired by Facebook.
While studying at Stanford, I was a TA in Neuroscience and had the opportunity to teach and grade a class of over 100 students. I find fulfillment in teaching and explaining high level concepts in ways that are easy to understand. I am originally from Los Angeles, California but I made my way to the glorious PNW with my family in the 80’s. Having a big heart for others, I found a passion in real estate.
