Thank you for taking the time to learn a bit more about us. You have a lot of options out there, and it can be a bit of a process just deciding who to work with.
Real estate brokers are all independent contractors, meaning every broker you meet is operating their own business. Because of this, brokers must spend time looking for new business in order to sustain their small business. A good portion of their time is spent on SALES, trying to generate business, rather than on servicing the clients they have.
We believe our brokers time is better spent with you. Sarah and I started this firm with the idea that we wanted to have full time brokers completely focused on their clients. We support our brokers behind the scenes with whatever they need, so they can do what they do best. Our brokers are true professionals in every sense of the word. You will be in good hands working with them. We encourage you to challenge any broker you engage with to answer your questions competently and to your satisfaction. We are confident you will find ours to be the best.
Kevin Sarbora is the founder of Design Realty and is passionate about broker education. Kevin believes that a strong knowledge base of both product and process is necessary for a broker to provide quality service to their clients. Kevin has received honors from every organization he has worked with, and in 2019 was ranked in the top 100 brokers in Washington State by Real Trends. In addition, Kevin has created a training and support system that allows brokers to learn and thrive, helping THEM to become top 1% brokers. Kevin and his team are considered best of Zillow, and his firm ranks in the top 2% of brokers nationwide in customer satisfaction surveys.
Serving our clients with white glove care is what we do, and my position as an operations manager is to ensure our team has the tools, knowledge, and support to do just that. I hold our company to the highest standard of excellence and take pride in the my position to ensure each and every person that interacts with us experiences our elite service. I have a perfectionist mind set, very detail oriented, and a love and compassion for people.
In 2017 my husband and I made the move from Indiana to the PNW having no idea what would come out of it. Fast forward to today, where we have planted roots and are obsessed with the outdoor space and exploring all it has to offer.
If you had asked me 5 years ago where I would see myself, I don't imagine I would have ever said "running a real estate brokerage" , none the less said it with a smile. I found a career that not only am I good at, but I feel passionate about. I have taken the lead as the companies listing coordinator, but I also manage and develop so much more behind the scenes, working closely with like-minded individuals, and building a company so unique and so worthwhile.
Kevin and his team were very professional from beginning to end. Keeping in contact and updating me were keys throughout the process. In addition, they were very helpful with upgrades and staging during the process of the sale of my house.
Sold a home in 2020 in Everett, WA.
I got my Real Estate Broker license in 2010 and immediately started working with distressed homeowners, listing and selling short sales. It is such an amazing and fulfilling feeling being able to help people navigate out of such crippling financial situations.
In January of 2015, I joined on with property management company as a Community Association Manager, managing a large portfolio of condominium and homeowner associations as well as a multi-family property. This diversified my experience and knowledge, specifically in the community management and multi-family property management fields. I continue to manage a 51 unit multi-family building in Rainier Beach.
In 2019 I joined Design Realty. Merging my years of experience with a company who’s values align with my own, has been the experience of a life time. I take pride in my work and am recognized as a true professional in the industry.
I epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work, and creative service in every detail of your real estate transaction. I’m a family man, an athlete by nature and huge believer in helping others. My moto of life: “The purpose of living is giving”. I grew up in Kyrgyzstan and started my entrepreneur habit at an early age. I have been involved in many areas of business from being an independent owner, trading stocks, to all the way of being an online marketer. I have been trained and inspired in sales by some of the best from Dale Carnegie, Tony Robbins, Robert Kiyosaki, Jim Rohn, Jordan Belfort, Napolean Hill, and many others. I use my experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become a problem, which is essential to a successful real estate transaction.
With 23 years of mortgage loan experience, I have helped hundreds of families reach their dream of homeownership. That is why in 2017 I decided to also get my real estate license. This allows me to help clients find that special home and also help them understand the home loan process. My business is solely based on referrals and repeat customers. This has been done through excellent communication and honesty throughout the home search process. When I am away from the office, I enjoy spending time with my wife Gina and my two children, Trey and Ali. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me today and allow me to put my experience to work for you and your family.
The whole first time home buying experience with David Evans was a breeze. I highly recommend him. He was really helpful from the time we scheduled a time to look at my new home, all the way to closing and getting the keys.
Bought a home in 2018 in Everett, WA.
I started my sales career at Cadillac of Bellevue where I was able to sharpen and master the art of negotiation. I quickly realized that while I enjoyed this, I'd rather use my skills to negotiate on behalf of a client versus against them. The saying is that a car is the second biggest financial purchase of a person's life, while a home is the first. Naturally, this led me to real estate. Being in the Seattle region for 20+ years gives me the knowledge to guide my clients to the area's best suited for their needs and help them understand current market trends. Outside of real estate, you can find me on the golf course shanking my tee shot or missing a 3-foot putt. Rest assured, I am a much better real estate broker than I am a golf player! And as every good bio is not complete without: I am a HUGE animal lover. I have a Siberian Husky and Shiba Inu back home. I'd love to adopt more, but those two have enough energy (and shed enough) for 5 dogs!
I maintain a pragmatic, service-driven approach with every real estate transaction. My passion for real estate started early, when at the age of 23 I left my Emergency Medical career as a Paramedic to pursue my real estate business. My success can be attributed to my dedication to networking and marketing, my savvy negotiation skills, and ultimately, my relentless pursuit of client satisfaction. My diverse experience allows me to provide unique insights and exceptional real estate client experiences.
I cherish spending quality time with my spouse, Family, and local WA friend groups. When I’m not at home or at the office, I can be found enjoying the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest or biking the local trails and parks of the Puget Sound. Let me guide you through your next real estate transaction and show you what true client satisfaction is all about.
With a background in home construction, being raised by a home builder, owning a couple of appliances stores and then working in residential remodeling business, I have always had a love of homes. My experience also includes 6 years in the financial industry, so getting my real estate license in 2013 was a very natural and easy transition. I have been helping people with buying and selling their homes ever since and truly have a job that I love. When I am not working I am with my 3 wonderful kids and husband or on the tennis court!
Growing up in Ukraine, I observed my parents lifestyle as full time real estate brokers and builders. I immediately knew that was what I wanted to do when moving to the states in 2013.
In 2018, I got my real estate broker license and began working with single family homes and new build developments. It is humbling and powerful knowing the trust my clients put in me with one of life’s biggest investments.
In 2020, I joined Design Realty. Having a team of genuine people who support you and provide exclusive tools have allowed me to advance quickly in this industry.
My goal is to be your support and provide the guidance through your home buying or selling process. I value reliability, knowledge, responsibility and hold myself to a high standard with my negotiation skills.
Having 11 years of experience being a volunteer ski patrol, I hold value in helping others and being the one you can lean on. Trust, loyalty and competitiveness drive me to be the professional broker I am today.
I am a Seattle native and I know his area like the back of my hand. This gives me the ability to give you guidance on the best areas to find your new home.
My beautiful wife and I have a 2 year old son that we were fortunate enough to adopt and join our family. We have 3 dogs that fill our off time at our home in Renton.
I love and know the Northwest very well having lived here all my life. I’ve worked in real estate and investments since 2012, and have grown with the ever-changing landscape of the NW real estate market. I look at real estate through a unique lens with first-hand experience as a real estate investor; I’ve helped clients acquire residential renovation (flip) projects, rentals, and land / new-build opportunities. Whether you are buying your first home or selling, relocating, or adding to your investment portfolio, I value how important these decisions are and I’m here to work on your timeline. My favorite part about this job is that it often doesn’t feel like work at all. I get to connect with fun people and look at cool dwellings – can’t complain! I’m usually spending time with my beautiful girlfriend, or hanging out with good friends, when not doing something real estate related. I’m a nerd when it comes to interesting Spotify discussions, and one of my favorite places to go is anywhere in the back country on a snowboard. I’ve been going out on Union Gospel Mission’s Search and Rescue for nearly a decade; These experiences I’ve gotten to share, meeting other humans exactly where they’re at in life, humbles me and fills me with gratitude for the life I get to live today.
