DRY RUN

A dry run is an opportunity to go view homes without any intent or pressure to purchase. You will gain insight into how homes look in person versus in pictures. You will start to learn what your must-haves and deal breakers are.

During your dry run, your agent will teach you how to look at homes by pointing out things you may have never thought to pay attention to. At the end of your dry run, we will review standard purchase and sale contracts with you, as well as cover some common contingencies so you are familiar with the contract language. This gives you the space to breathe and review it on your own time, so you can be confident in your knowledge base when it comes time to submit an offer.
