David Cho

Real Estate Broker

BIOGRAPHY

I started my sales career at Cadillac of Bellevue where I was able to sharpen and master the art of negotiation. I quickly realized that while I enjoyed this, I’d rather use my skills to negotiate on behalf of a client versus against them. The saying is that a car is the second biggest financial purchase of a person’s life, while a home is the first. Naturally, this led me to real estate. Being in the Seattle region for 20+ years gives me the knowledge to guide my clients to the area’s best suited for their needs and help them understand current market trends. Outside of real estate, you can find me on the golf course shanking my tee shot or missing a 3-foot putt. Rest assured, I am a much better real estate broker than I am a golf player! And as every good bio is not complete without: I am a HUGE animal lover. I have a Siberian Husky and Shiba Inu back home. I’d love to adopt more, but those two have enough energy (and shed enough) for 5 dogs!

BIOGRAPHY

I started my career selling Cadillacs in Bellevue, where I was able to sharpen and master the art of negotiation. I quickly realized I enjoyed this, but this skill could be put to better use, and I would rather negotiate on behalf of a client. This lead me to real estate.

I value professionalism, reliability, and commitment, so it was an easy choice to work as a Design Realty broker.

Being a Bothell native gives me the geographical knowledge to really help people select the right areas for them, understand the trends, and have a firm grasp on building trends throughout the decades.

And as every good bio is not complete without: I am a big animal lover.
